Shipping
We currently ship throughout Trinidad with flat rate pricing, free shipping is available on large value orders and local pickup at the store is also an option. These options will be presented during checkout.
Do Prices Include VAT
Yes, all prices on the store are VAT inclusive
Can I Change My Online Order After Submitting?
All online orders are final, please review order before checking out.
How Do I Find The Store?
Enter the Fernandes Compound via the Eastern Main Road, turn left at the first corner (Patio Perfect), turn right, then turn left. We are lot #903 which is the third lot on the right.
Do You Deliver?
Free Delivery is provided on orders that exceed $500.00 (TTD). These orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days after order is confirmed. Advance time is needed for delivery depending on location.
Local Pickup at the store is available.
Can I Buy Wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale prices are available, we encourage you to visit the store and speak with one of our experienced representatives who can guide you further
Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Return requests must be made via email to sales@containercentralltd.com or contact 1 (868) 225-7575
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellations
Order Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of purchase. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@containercentralltd.com or contact 1 (868) 225-7575
